Nathan Gilbert
Nathan is a Texas native but has lived in Wyoming, Oregon, and California. Before entering the insurance industry, he was an outdoor sports guide: rock climbing, mountaineering, kayaking, surfing, and the list goes on. An injury while mountaineering prompted his career change which ultimately led him to insurance in 2017. Since then, he has represented several insurance companies and has landed with creating Gilbert Insurance, a branch of Legacy Insurance Group. He has a lovely wife and 3 kids he feels blessed to have. God, family, and work are his priorities in life. If you get to meet Nathan, ask him about one of those 3 and get ready for some stories!
Samantha
Samantha was born and raised in Texas and has traveled extensively. This has given her a unique perspective when relating to clients. While living in California she met her husband, who was stationed at Camp Pendleton. Once they started a family, they decided to move back to Texas. They have 3 wonderful children. Samantha has a background in accounting, business administration, international business, and insurance. She found her calling in 2015 with a part time job in insurance. Today, she is the office manager and district commercial specialist. She truly loves to educate clients on understanding the coverages they have. Samantha also helps clients make informed decisions regarding their policy. She will always make time to have a chat with a client, whether it’s insurance related or not!
Jordyn
Jordyn was born and raised in Vernon, TX and moved to Wichita Falls shortly after graduating with her Associates in Science. Originally planning to go to school to be a nurse, she found that she had an interest in customer service. Jordyn wanted a career that had more of a business feel. After being introduced to one of the owners of Legacy Insurance Group, she knew this was the career for her. She loves to help and teach others understand why insurance is so important and what coverages are essential for their lifestyle. Jordyn is a licensed agent who works primarily with property and casualty clients, and helps with marketing at Gilbert Insurance Group.
Brittany
Brittany was born and raised in Wichita Falls Texas. She moved to Houston in 2009 to attend college. She moved back home in 2012 and started working in the automotive industry in the business development center and as a warranty administrator, where she met her husband. Shortly after they got married, she became a stay-at-home wife. She saw a temporary part time opportunity at a local insurance agency and filled in for a week, and then realized she had found a work family and never left. She has a passion for customer service and all things administration.
